Whether you're an adrenaline junkie, a nature lover, or someone looking to relax, Llys-y-Frân has something for everyone. On the water, you can paddleboard, kayak, canoe, or try the fun and exciting jumbo paddleboard with friends. As a Royal Yachting Association (RYA) Recognised Training Centre and British Canoeing Delivery Partner, Llys-y-Frân offers a wide range of accredited water sports courses to take you on a pathway from beginner through to advanced. With their high-quality equipment and expert instructors, getting a recognised qualification and learning a new set of skills will put you on the right path to enhancing your water sport experience.

For cycling enthusiasts, Llys-y-Frân offers over 14 kilometres of bike trails, including purpose-built mountain biking tracks, a pump track, and a skills area. Don't worry if you don't have your own bike—bike hire is available year-round, including the option to rent e-bikes for those wanting to explore further afield.

Walking at Llys-y-Frân is a joy, with trails ranging from under a mile to seven miles, offering something for every level of hiker. As you wander through the scenic routes, take a break at one of the many picnic tables and soak in the breathtaking views of the Welsh countryside.

On land, activities abound. Try your hand at archery or the ancient art of axe throwing in dedicated areas designed for safe and exciting experiences. For those looking to reach new heights, the 7.4-meter climbing wall offers a fun challenge for all skill levels, with interactive elements to engage climbers as they ascend.

Children will love Crazi-Bugz, an all-terrain, off-road adventure that tests their skills in a safe and thrilling environment. Afterward, they can continue to burn off energy in the Adventure Playground, complete with swings, slides, climbing frames, and a mini zipline.

Parents and carers can relax at the Lakeside Café, conveniently located near the playground. The café offers a wide selection of meals, snacks, and luxurious hot drinks, making it an ideal spot to unwind while the kids play.

For those interested in local culture, the gift shop at Llys-y-Frân is stocked with Welsh crafts, food, and drink, emphasizing locally made products from Pembrokeshire.
